CARROT AND PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. pineapple
1 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. celery

Add lemon Jello to boiling water. Let cool. Then add diced celery, shredded carrots, pineapple and vinegar. Place in refrigerator and let set.
