PEACH COBBLER 
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. self-rising flour
1 stick butter
1 lg. can peaches

Melt 1 stick of butter in oblong baking dish. Mix together milk, sugar and flour. Pour mixture into melted butter. Spoon in peaches evenly in dish. Then pour in remaining juice. Bake at 350 degrees until done.

Hint: Cobbler rises as it cooks. If you are not sure that your dish is deep enough, then place pan under baking dish to prevent spill in oven.

You can sprinkle more sugar on top as the cobbler begins to get done.
