BANDY'S BEST CHILI 
4 lb. hamburger
2 lbs. pork sausage
6 lg. cans pinto beans
4 cans whole tomatoes
1 lg. bell pepper
1 lg. white onion
1 jalapeno pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 lg. bunch parsley
1 tbsp. white pepper
1/2 c. chili powder
1/3 c. cumin seeds
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. oil

Brown and drain hamburger and sausage. Chop pepper, onion, garlic and parsley, separately saute in butter, add as done. Cover pot and cook on medium heat for 1 hour, uncover pot and cook for 30 more minutes. You can substitute cumin powder for cumin seeds.
