CHICKEN & BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 cut up chicken fryer
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. cheddar cheese

Place cut up chicken fryer in a casserole deep dish and drizzle with 4 tablespoons butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Cook broccoli, as directed; drain. Arrange broccoli around chicken. Combine soup, milk and cheese; pour over top. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake again for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Serves 4-6 people.
