PEANUT BUTTER EGGS | |
5 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. butter 2 c. peanut butter, creamy 2 tsp. vanilla 1 lb. confectioners sugar Add ingredients gradually to softened, but in large bowl. Form dough into egg shapes. Freeze shapes with large toothpick in them. Melt chocolate, candy making morsels. Dip in chocolate immediately after removing from freezer. Place on wax paper (remove toothpick). Let chocolate harden before eating. |
