GRILLED SHRIMP 
1 lb. lg. shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 bottle low calorie Italian dressing

Place shrimp in a glass bowl and pour dressing over them. Let marinate in refrigerator 2-3 hours. Spear shrimp on skewers and cook on gas grill (medium heat) until done or cook in oven on broil. Serves 2-3.
