KRAUTY PORK 
4 pork chops
1 bag sauerkraut, drained
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar

Mix water and brown sugar. Put sauerkraut in bottom of 13"x9" baking dish. Pour 1/2 of the water and brown sugar mixture over sauerkraut. Lightly fry pork chops. Place on top of sauerkraut. Pour remaining brown sugar mixture over pork chops. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Then cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
