IMPOSSIBLE CHEESECAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs

SOUR CREAM TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. sugar

Blend cream cheese and sugar. Add Bisquick, eggs, and vanilla. Pour into well-greased 9-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour sour cream mixture over hot cheesecake. Chill.
