NAOMI'S PIZZA BREAD 
2 1/2 - 3 c. flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
1 c. warm water (115 - 120 degrees)
2 tbsp. oil
1-2 pkgs. pepperoni, chopped
2-3 c. Mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 425 degrees and grease cookie sheet or pizza pan. Mix yeast and water; set aside. Sift together 1 1/4 cups flour, salt, oil, chopped pepperoni and Mozzarella cheese. Add water and mix thoroughly with mixer. With spoon mix in as much of remaining flour as possible. Form into round balls, about 1" to 2" in size. Place close together on cookie sheet. Bake in 425 degree oven for 10 to 20 minutes until light brown and has hollow sound when thumped. Best served warm with pizza sauce.
