SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Cream butter and sugar. Beat well. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda together. Add flour mixture alternately with sour cream. Stir in 1/2 package chocolate chips. Pour cake batter into greased Bundt pan. Combine streusel mix and top on cake. Add remaining 1/2 of chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix with fork until crumbly.
