PRETZELS 
2 pkgs. yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 tbsp. sugar
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten

Mix yeast and water in large bowl. Add sugar, salt and flour. Mix well. Knead dough. Shape pieces of dough into 6 inch ropes and shape each rope into pretzels. Put on sprayed cookie sheet and brush with egg. Add course salt and cover again with egg. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
