CALIFORNIA BUNDT CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. diced bananas
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Mix dry ingredients well. Add bananas, oil, vanilla, eggs and pineapple with juice. Stir to blend well, but do NOT beat. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for an hour and 20 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool in pan on rack completely before removing cake from pan.
