PUMPKIN BUNDT CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (OR 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/8 tsp. nutmeg, 1/8 tsp. ginger)
2 eggs
1 can pumpkin
1 c. water

BROWNED BUTTER GLAZE:

1/3 c. butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 to 4 tbsp. hot water

Cake: Mix together ingredients and put into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Is good with browned butter glaze (after cake is cool).

Glaze: Heat butter over medium heat until light brown in color; take off heat and add other ingredients. Add the hot water 1 tablespoon at a time until of desired consistency. Drizzle over cake.
