LAYERED SHRIMP APPETIZER 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. cocktail sauce
6 oz. pkg. frozen, cooked shrimp, thawed
1/2 c. chopped, seeded cucumber
3 tbsp. sliced green onions, including tops

In small bowl, combine cream cheese and milk; beat until smooth and fluffy. Spread cream cheese mixture over bottom of round serving dish. Spread cocktail sauce evenly over cream cheese mixture. Top with shrimp, cucumber, and onions. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with crackers. Serves 8 to 10.
