KOULOURAKIA 
To yield about 180-200 small Koulourakia:

1/2 lb. sweet butter
3 eggs
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1 beaten egg to brush on top of Koulourakia
1/4 c. Wesson oil
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. flour (depending upon size of eggs)
Sesame seeds

Cream butter. Add oil and sugar, creaming well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating constantly. Combine all dry ingredients and add to mixture until it will roll easily in the palm of hand without sticking. Shape into Koulourakia twists rolling them into sesame seeds, and place on greased cookie sheet. Brush top with beaten egg. Bake in 350 degree oven about 20 minutes or until golden brown. (You can substitute grated orange rind instead of the cinnamon.)
