1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. finely chopped tart apples
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Mix ingredients. Spread in 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Good with ice cream.
