CRAN-APPLE DELIGHT 
3-4 tart apples
2 c. raw cranberries
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
3-4 tbsp. water

TOPPING:

3/4 c. uncooked oatmeal
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 lb. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel, core and slice apples. Rinse and pick over cranberries. Mix fruit with sugar and water and place in a 2-quart casserole. Set aside.

Mix dry ingredients. Add melted butter. Spread topping over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Good side dish for Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. Serves 6.
