GREEN RICE 
2 1/2 c. cooked rice
10 oz. frozen broccoli (or fresh), cooked
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Small onion, chopped
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup

Mix eggs, milk, oil, onions, cheese and soup together. Add rice and broccoli. Place in a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
