GREEN BEANS IN HERB SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 lg. onion, thinly sliced
2 lg. stalks, green celery, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Generous dash of pepper
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. water
1 (18 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans

Saute onion, celery and parsley flakes in butter. Mix garlic salt, salt, pepper and cornstarch; slowly stir in water to form a smooth paste. Add this mixture to green beans; add onion mixture. Cover and boil gently 10 minutes or until beans are tender crisp and sauce has thickened slightly. Serves 8.
