COUNTRY FRIED POTATOES AND
BROCCOLI
 
1 lg. prebaked potato, cut into bite-size squares
1 tbsp. butter
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tsp. oregano
Seasoned salt to taste
1/2 c. fresh broccoli with sm. stems cut into bite-size pieces

Melt butter in medium size skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and herbs; toss. Add potatoes, brown on all sides, push potatoes to side, add broccoli. Toss quickly until browned. Add seasoned salt. Serve on toothpicks for a fun afternoon snack with a friend!
