SUPER CORNBREAD 
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. Martha White corn meal
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. Crisco oil
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk

Mix well and pour into well greased and well heated skillet. Cook at 425 degrees until brown.
