VEGETABLE DIPPERS 
2 to 3 carrots, cut in sticks or curled with a vegetable peeler
4 to 5 stalks celery, cut in sticks
1 bunch radishes, cut in flowers
2 cucumbers, cut diagonally
1 sm. bunch scallions, cut in 3 inch pieces
1 sm. jar dill pickles
1 pt. olives, optional

Assemble vegetables on a platter, surrounding a small dish of tofu dip.
