SHRIMP MARINARA 
3 lb. shrimp, raw & peeled
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. sliced onions
2 c. sliced green pepper
2 tbsp. oil
18 oz. can tomato paste
3 c. water

1. In oil saute onions and green pepper until tender.

2. Add shrimp and saute 5 minutes.

3. Stir in all other ingredients and simmer 15 minutes or until shrimp is done. Serve over rice. Serves 12.
