SPAGHETTI MARINARA 
2 cloves garlic (chopped fine)
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
3 tbsp. tomato paste
4 c. tomatoes (peeled and cut into pieces)
1/2 tsp. basil (chopped)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
1 lb. Ronzoni spaghetti
Grated Romano and Parmesan cheese (as needed)

Brown garlic in oil. Add tomatoes, parsley, basil, salt and pepper. Cook over low flame 30 minutes. Add oregano and tomato paste and continue to cook until sauce thickens (about 15-20 minutes).
