CRISSCROSSED GARLIC POTATOES 
1 potato for each guest
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic

Peel potatoes and cut crisscross on 1 flat side of potatoes. Soak potatoes in ice water for 1 hour. Dry potatoes.

Brush potatoes with butter. Mix together salt, paprika and garlic. Sprinkle on potatoes. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes.
