1 c. oats
1 c. tomato sauce
1/4 c. onions (optional)
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg

Mix all ingredients together and put in loaf pan. Set oven to 400°F and cook for 1 hour.
