ITALIAN SAUSAGE SANDWICHES 
Cut up 3 pounds of Italian sausage in about 4 inch pieces. Bake 1 hour (350 degrees); drain off grease. Mix 1 can pizzarella sauce and 1 small can tomato sauce. Add 2 or 3 sweet peppers and some hot peppers (peppers should be sliced). Add 4 cans of water. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve on large Italian rolls.
