CHEESE CAKE CUPCAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together until light; cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla. Place one vanilla wafer in bottom of each midget foil cup.

Fill 3/4 full of cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes (top will split). Cool. Then put thickened fruit topping. Refrigerate.
