BAKED SPAGHETTI 
1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked
1 lb. ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

Saute vegetables. In another pan brown meat. Add tomatoes and tomato paste. Mix in all other ingredients. Turn into baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
