CHOCOLATE - PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix
3/4 c. chocolate syrup
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. water
4 eggs
1 pkg. Jello pistachio pudding

Mix cake mix, pudding mix, oil, water, orange juice and eggs in large mixing bowl. Blend together and beat with mix master at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour 3/4 of mixture into bundt pan. Pour chocolate syrup into remaining 1/4 mixture in bowl and blend. Pour remainder into bundt pan. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until done. You can sprinkle with confectioners' sugar if you desire.
