CHOCOLATE PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. orange juice
3/4 c. Hershey's chocolate syrup

Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan. Combine all ingredients except chocolate syrup and beat 4 minutes on medium speed. Pour 2/3 of batter into greased and floured bundt pan.

Mix 3/4 cup chocolate syrup with remaining 1/3 batter. Pour this chocolate mixture over first batter and marbelize with knife. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees; do not over bake.

Allow cake to cool before removing from pan. Sift powdered sugar on top before serving.
