ORANGE SHERBET JELLO SALAD 
1 large pkg. orange Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can Mandarin orange slices, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 pt. orange sherbet

Stir Jell-O into boiling water. Pour into large container and add sherbet. Mix until melted. Add pineapple, oranges, marshmallows and nuts. Stir, then stir in Cool Whip until no lumps show. Chill 6 hours or overnight.
