1 stick butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. oats

In a medium saucepan, combine butter, cocoa, milk, sugar, vanilla and peanut butter and bring to a boil for 1 minute.

Stir in oats and mix well. Spoon out onto wax paper and chill.
