CORN CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn (do not drain)
1 box cornbread mix
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter. Beat the eggs first and then add to butter. Add the onion, both cans of corn, the bread mix and the cheese, mixing well. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 45 to 55 minutes. Test for doneness. Don't overbake.
