QUICK BEEF PIE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can condensed tomato soup
2 c. canned green beans
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes

Cook ground beef and onions with salt in skillet until brown. Drain off excess fat. Stir in soup, green beans and pepper. Cook slowly for 5 minutes. Pour mixture into pan.

Put spoonsful of mashed potatoes on top of meat mixture. Bake in a moderate 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serves 6. Serve with cole slaw, corn bread and milk.
