SHRIMP CREOLE 
1/2 c. oil
1 lb. cooked shrimp
1 c. tomato puree
1 c. tomato sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
Rice, cooked
Bay leaves
Wine

In a skillet, place onions and peppers, saute until softened. Add sauce and pepper. Cover and let simmer. Add bay leaves, cover and let simmer remove and let breathe. Add shrimp and wine, cover and let simmer until done. Cook rice. Place rice in cup pack and place on plates. Cover with sauce. Add shrimp around rice. Garnish and serve for 4.
