SLOPPY JOSES' 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. shredded cheese (optional)
6 toasted rolls, split open

Brown beef and onion in skillet. Pour off fat. Add soup and seasonings. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rolls. Top with cheese gratings, if desired.
