STUFFED TOMATOES 
6 ripe tomatoes
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 (6 oz.) box seasoned croutons, crushed

Wash tomatoes and scoop out pulp. Melt butter and mix with brown sugar, add crushed croutons. Stuff tomatoes with mixture and arrange in baking dish. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 6.
