STUFFED TOMATOES 
Hinge top of tomatoes. Scoop out inside of tomato and mix it with bread crumbs, egg, cheese, parsley, and oil (if needed to moisten). Cover bottom of pan with oil and bake stuffed tomatoes at 325 degrees until done.

Add diced mushrooms and diced green onions to stuffing-mixture of tomatoes-center-pulp, bread crumbs, egg, parsley, cheese, and a little olive oil. Bake stuffed tomatoes for 40 minutes at 350°F in oiled glass baking dish or cake pan. Large tomatoes are choice. Makes a great dish.
