CONGEALED SALAD 
1 family-size orange Jello
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 c. mandarin oranges

Mix Jello according to package directions (leaving out 1 cup of cold water). Add pineapple and juice. Drain mandarin oranges and add. Set in refrigerator until congealed.

TOPPING:

1 family-sized instant lemon pudding mixed with 2 cups cold milk. Set in refrigerator while you whip 1/2 pint whipping cream until stiff, but not buttery. Fold into the lemon pudding and spread on top of the Jello mixture.
