1 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. American cheese
8 to 12 boiled potatoes
1/2 lb. bacon, fried
Onions, salt & pepper to taste

Dice potatoes, cut cheese in small chunks. Mix mayonnaise, potatoes, cheese and onions and salt and pepper. Add fried bacon pieces on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
