ARTICHOKE TOAST SQUARES 
2/3 - 3/4 lbs. monterey jack cheese, grated
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon pepper
Dash salt
1 can artichokes, quartered
1/2 loaf white bread (approx.)

Toast slices of bread. Butter on each side. Trim off crust. Cut into quarters. Mix first five ingredients and spread on toast squares. Place under broiler and brown.
