2 c. leftover roast pork or beef, diced
1 sm. can each: peas, diced carrots, diced potatoes
1 tsp. instant onion
1 pkg. instant onion gravy mix
1 pkg. instant chicken gravy mix
1 pkg. dairy case biscuits

Preheat oven to biscuit temperature. Mix gravies together according to package directions. Put meat, drained vegetables, onion in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Pour gravy mix over all. Top with biscuits. Bake until biscuits are done.
