1000 units Vitamin C, crushed 1 clove garlic, grated 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper powder Juice of 1 lemon or 3 tsp. lemon juice This is strong, but effective. Stir all ingredients together well. Do not give to children 4 and under. Children over 4 give 1/4 teaspoon, 2 times a day and adults, 1 teaspoon. |
