PASTA 
12 oz. spiral pasta (cook as pkg. directs)
1/2 c. red pepper, sliced
1/2 c. green pepper, sliced
1/2 c. black pitted olives, sliced
1/2 lb. salami or turkey, cut julienne
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
3/4 c. Italian dressing (add 1/4 tsp. basil, thyme, oregano)
2 c. zucchini, thinly sliced in round
1 c. broccoli florets
1 jar marinated artichokes, cut up (retain marinade)
1 c. pea pods, fresh
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Steam zucchini for 3 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain. Steam broccoli for 4-5 minutes. Rinse in icy water and drain. Cook pea pods for 1 minute. Rinse in cold water and drain. Cook pasta until al dente. Rinse in cold water and drain. Combine vegetables and pasta and 1/4 cup Italian dressing. Place in bowl and chill. Combine artichoke marinade with remaining dressing. Before serving, pour dressing over salad. Sprinkle cheese on top. Serves 6-8.
