1 box frozen spinach, drained
1 can water chestnuts, chopped sm.
1 box Knorr's veggie soup mix
1 c. mayo, not Miracle Whip
1 (16o z.) pkg. sour cream

Mix, let stand several hours. Serve with deli bread. Tear out center of bread, place around platter, put dip in center of bread.
