SHAMROCK SILK PIE 
1 pkg. Pillsbury All Ready pie crusts (15 oz.)
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened (3 oz.)
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. chocolate chips, melted
1/4 c. Irish Mist Liqueur plus 1 tbsp.
1 carton Cool Whip (8 oz.)
Green food coloring

Line an 8 or 9 inch pie plate with crust. In large bowl mix cream cheese, sugar and flour at medium speed until blended. Add eggs, chocolate and the 1/4 cup Irish Mist. Mix well. Fold in 1 cup of the Cool Whip. Pour into pie crust and bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Combine remaining Cool Whip, 1 tablespoon Irish Mist, and green food coloring. Spread over pie and refrigerate.
