DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 yeast cake (dry yeast)
1 c. cottage cheese, heat lukewarm
1/4 c. warm water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour

Soften yeast in warm water. Let rise 60 minutes. Stir the dough. Put in 1 1/2 or 2 quart dish. Let rise about 40 minutes. Bake at 40 minutes in 350 degree oven. Sprinkle with salt and butter.
