GOLFER'S STEW 
2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
2 cans whole potatoes
1 can peas
1 can green beans
1 can sliced carrots
1 can mushrooms
2 lbs. stew beef
2 tbsp. instant onions
1 c. consomme
1 c. white wine
1 tbsp. lemon juice
8 tbsp. tapioca
1 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet

Drain all first 6 ingredients except tomatoes, and mix with raw meat. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over vegetables and meat.

Bake at 250°F for 6-8 hours.

Serves 8.
