TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
CAKE INGREDIENTS:

2 sticks butter (1 c.)
1 c. water
2 to 4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour cream

ICING INGREDIENTS:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 to 4 tbsp. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar

CAKE: Boil together 2 sticks butter, 1 cup water and 2 to 4 tablespoons cocoa. Blend together 2 cups flour, 2 cups sugar and 1 teaspoon salt. Pour together and stir well. Add beaten eggs, 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1/2 cup sour cream. Grease and flour jelly roll pan and bake at 400 degrees for no more than 20 minutes.

ICING: Prepare while cake is baking. Boil 1 stick butter, 6 tablespoons milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 3 to 4 tablespoons cocoa. Remove from stove. Add powdered sugar. Ice cake while still hot.
